1. Full payment needs to be received to guarantee your place.
2. Refunds cannot not be given for any classes missed, or if you decide to withdraw from classes, however, if more than two are missed, classes can be taken at a later date or on an alternative course, space is permitting at the discretion of Appleton Baby Massage.
3. If you wish to cancel a pre-booked course or session, refund will be at the discretion of Appleton Baby Massage, less administration fee of £3. If cancelling with less than 48hrs notice, refunds cannot be given.
4. Deferral of a course scheduled at a later date where there is availability and can be made at the discretion of Appleton Baby Massage.
5. Avoid bringing your baby if they or yourself are ill with a cold or conjunctivitis. A mild sniffle is fine. Any queries prior to bringing your baby, please get in touch.
6. Appleton Baby Massage is operated by a solo instructor and cancellation of a class made by Appleton Baby Massage may be applied at short notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. The class will be rescheduled or refund given, where appropriate.
7. Class notes will be emailed each week following the class.
8. A minimum of three confirmed bookings are required to run a course in Appleton. If this number is not reached, any confirmed bookings will be offered alternative dates, venue or full refund.
9. When paying advance for both courses, if cancelling the second course, the refund given will be less of the full charge for the first course, making the first charge the full amount and not discounted.
10. If you cannot attend a class, your place cannot be taken by someone else for that week. This is a structured course and the booking is for booking for the whole course.
