Baby massage course to run through the Summer holidays

As a new mum Summer can be a lonely and difficult time as many classes and meet up groups stop over the holidays – and it’s quite a shock as you’re not prepared for it. This is primarily because lots of clubs and classes are run by mums and their children are off school, and many people cannot commit to a full course because of holidays. July and August can be a long month if you’re stuck at home with a new baby and desperate to have some structure to your day and meet other mums.

Baby massage classes are perfect for getting to know other mums like you – my classes take place a unique, intimate space so class size is small, maximum of seven, so over the 5 weeks you can get to know the mums in the class. We allow time at the end of the session, when hopefully the babies are chilled, to chat over a cup of tea and a homemade treat. It’s been wonderful to see so many friendships forged because of my classes. Mums are often from very different walks of life, but because of your baby you find something in common and realise you’re not alone with your worries and concerns with early motherhood. I had my daughter almost 9 years ago and even though I live a distance from where she was born, I am still very close to the mums I met at classes. These friendships can be long lasting as your children grow together.

So I will be running both baby massage and yoga courses during the holidays starting at the end of July.  Baby massage course starts Wednesday 20 July at 10am. This will run for 5 weeks and will finish on the 17 August. Just few places remain so book now to avoid disappointment. Baby yoga course starting 19 July is currently full.
