I didn’t quite win the award for Sole Trader of the Year with British Small Business Awards – but it was an enjoyable black tie evening in London, so an excuse to dress up. Plus I saw my business name proudly displayed and announced by the event host, Kate Thornton. I am still proud of myself and my little business to reach the finals of this national award.
